HF909 (Hassan) - Student absence from school modified for religious holidays.

HF1376 (Frazier) - Teacher licensure provisions modified, Professional Educator Licensing and standards Board composition modified, rulemaking authorized, and technical changes made.

HF1626 (Richardson) - Tobacco exception in public schools created for American Indian students.

If you would like to sign up to testify, please email by 5:00 P.M. the previous business day before the hearing. Public Testimony will be taken at the end of the hearing if time is available. If there is not time, members of the public will be asked to submit their testimony in writing.

Members of the public, organizations, and stakeholders are always welcome to submit written testimony in lieu of testifying via zoom. Please email your testimony as an attached MS Word Document or PDF file with OCR to Written testimony may be submitted up to 24 hours following the hearing. Written testimony received by 5:00 P.M. the previous business day will be part of the “virtual committee packet.”
