Due to the nature of zoom meetings, written testimony is highly encouraged as an alternative to testifying live. Written testimony must be a PDF file in OCR format, but an MS Word document can be converted if needed. Written testimony can be submitted to Please email written testimony/handouts by 5:00 pm the previous business day to ensure it will be posted as part of the virtual committee packet. It will also be accepted up to 24 hours after the hearing to become part of the record.

Please email by 5:00 P.M. the previous business day to sign up to provide live testimony via zoom, so you can receive instructions. You will have up to 2 minutes. We will do our best to hear from everyone who signs up. If we run out of time, you are encouraged to submit your remarks as written testimony.

NOTE: Channels HTV 1 and HTV 2 will provide live closed captioning. Video archives of meetings streamed on HTV 3, 4, and 5 will have closed captions added.
