Due to the nature and technical challenges that can occur with remote hearings, written testimony is highly encouraged as the format for public comment. Written testimony must be a PDF file in OCR format, but an MS Word document can be converted if needed. Written testimony can be submitted to To ensure your testimony is posted as a committee handout prior to the hearing, please email it by 5:00 pm the previous business day. It will also be accepted up to 24 hours after the hearing to become part of the record.

To request to testify via zoom during the committee hearing, please email by 5:00 P.M. the previous business day to sign up and receive instructions. Written testimony is highly encouraged in lieu of testifying via zoom.

NOTE: Channels HTV 1 and HTV 2 will provide live closed captioning. Video archives of meetings streamed on HTV 3, 4, and 5 will have closed captions added. The Legislature will be in recess for the Easter/Passover holidays beginning end of day, Friday, March 26, 2021 through Monday, April 5th, 2021. Legislative activity may resume at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday, April 6th, 2021.
