Finance Committee will not reconvene on 4/29. Further action on SF 4476 Hoffman - Omnibus Human Services supplemental appropriations will be moved to the agenda for Friday 5/1.

SF 3988 Dibble - Omnibus Transportation policy and supplemental appropriations is removed from the 4/29 agenda.

Public testimony will not be taken on these bills in the Finance Committee.

**The deadline for written testimony on these bills has been extended to 5:00pm on Tuesday 4/28. Please submit written testimony in PDF format by email to elspeth.cavert@mnsenate.gov.**

Portions of many of the bills being heard in Finance this week will be amended into appropriate supplemental finance bills. Bills to be worked on the week of 4/27-5/1 in Finance Committee include: Economic Relief Package, Gun Violence Prevention Package, Human Services Omnibus, Health Professional Scope and Licensing Omnibus, Supplemental Finance Bill.

Agenda:

S.F. 4067 MohamedOmnibus Judicial Branch supplemental appropriations

- SF 4067 will be the vehicle for the Gun Violence Prevention package. - The same language as in the SF 3655 A19 DE will be offered as an amendment to SF 4067. - A motion will be made to pass SF 4067 to the floor as a standalone Gun Violence Prevention package. Please see fiscal notes posted below for bills within the DE.

S.F. 2689 Johnson StewartMedicaid fraud provisions modification; attorney general certain subpoena and enforcement
authority provision

- Following presentation of SF 2689, it will be laid over. - The supplemental finance bill (HF 2433) will be taken up, and an amendment will be offered to add relevant language from SF 2689 to HF 2433, followed by time for consideration of additional amendments. - At the end of the discussion, HF 2433 will be laid over.

S.F. 4476 HoffmanOmnibus Human Services supplemental appropriations

- Following presentation of SF 4476 and consideration of amendments, a motion will be made to pass SF 4476 to the floor as a standalone Human Services Finance Omnibus.


Eid break begins on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 8:00am. Legislative activities resume on Friday, March 20 at 8:00am (may change based on religious tradition).

The Easter/Passover break begins on Friday, March 27 at 5:00pm. Legislative activities resume on Tuesday, April 7 at 8:00am.
