Testifiers should email mitch.berggren@mnsenate.gov. Provide the hearing date, your name, organization, title, which Senate File you wish to testify to, and if you wish to participate in person or via Zoom by noon, Monday, April 13. If you are testifying via zoom, please provide your email address. Senator Rest may limit the number of testifiers. Priority will be given to testifiers in person.

To have handouts included in the committee materials, the Senate File must be listed first in the electronic attachment title, a PDF version of the electronic copy must be emailed to Mitch Berggren and 30 hard copies must be delivered to Capitol 328 by noon, Monday, April 13.

Everyone must be seated. No standing or obstructing others’ view. If you require a reasonable accommodation, please speak with Mitch Berggren.

No materials or testifier’s names will be accepted after the noon deadline.

No food or drink is allowed in G-15 during the Taxes Committee.

No private video or photography is allowed in G-15 during the Taxes Committee.

Registered lobbyists and State Agency staff may not testify via Zoom.
