SF 4214 will be the Environment, Climate, and Legacy supplemental budget bill. ***The delete-all amendment has been posted - see scs4214a-1-DE.*** The bill walkthrough and markup will take place on Tues 4/14.

Instructions for Submitting Handouts:
To be included in committee packets, all handouts must be submitted electronically to environment@senate.mn by 9am on 4/14. All documents must be in PDF format and should be named as follows: Organization (or Individual’s) Name_Senate File # or Agenda Item. Late submissions or documents not properly formatted may not be included.

Instructions for Signing Up to Testify:
All requests for testimony (both in-person and virtual) must be submitted using the Testimony Request Form linked below, by 9am on 4/14. Testimony will be limited to two minutes per testifier.

Eid break begins on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 8:00am. Legislative activities resume on Friday, March 20 at 8:00am (may change based on religious tradition).

The Easter/Passover break begins on Friday, March 27 at 5:00pm. Legislative activities resume on Tuesday, April 7 at 8:00am.
