Please email the committee administrator (sam.parmekar@mnsenate.gov) by 3pm on April 12th if you wish to testify. Testifiers remarks will be limited to two minutes. Testifiers may request a zoom link if they wish to testify remotely. The number of testifier may be limited at the chair's discretion in order to ensure the committee has enough time to proceed through the agenda, but written testimony will be accepted. All written testimony must be submitted to the committee administrator in PDF or Word format before the deadline.
