Instructions for Submitting Handouts:
To be included in committee packets, all handouts must be submitted electronically to environment@senate.mn at least 24 hours prior to the committee hearing. All documents must be in PDF format and should be named as follows: Organization (or Individual’s) Name_Senate File # or Agenda Item. Documents not properly submitted may not be included.

Instructions for Signing Up to Testify:
All requests for testimony (both in-person and virtual) must be submitted using the Testimony Request Form linked below, at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. Please limit testimony to 2 minutes per testifier.
