If you are testifying via zoom please provide your email address. Senator Rest may limit the number of testifiers. Priority will be given to testifiers in person.

If you have handouts for the Committee, the Senate File must be listed first in the electronic attachment title, a PDF version of the electronic copy must be emailed to Mitch Berggren and 30 hard copies must be delivered to Capitol 328 by noon, Wednesday, April 8.
