Instructions for Submitting Handouts:
To be included in committee packets, all handouts must be submitted electronically to environment@senate.mn at least 24 hours prior to the committee hearing. All documents must be in PDF format and should be named as follows: Organization (or Individual’s) Name_Senate File # or Agenda Item. Documents not properly submitted to the environment@mnsenate.gov email will not be included.

Instructions for Signing Up to Testify:
All requests for testimony (both in-person and virtual) must be submitted using the Testimony Request Form linked below, at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. Due to the high volume of testifiers, PLEASE LIMIT TESTIMONY TO TWO (2) MINUTES PER TESTIFIER. Only testifiers who've signed up using the form below will be included on the agenda.
