*The Committee will mark up the health professional scope and licensing omnibus bill (S.F. 3298) during this hearing and pass it out of the comittee. No testimony will be taken on the bill during this hearing- testimony will occur during the hearing on March 25th.

*S.F. 4520 was heard informationally on March 17th. The Committee will take up this bill and pass it out of committee. Testimony was taken on March 17th, so no testimony will be taken during this hearing.

*The Committee will take testimony in this hearing on the omnibus HHS policy bill. The omnibus bill is posted as S.F. 3295. Sign-ups for testimony are now being accepted. The Committee will also mark up the bill and pass it out of committee.

*TESTIMONY: Please contact the committee administrator by 3 PM on March 25th at anna.burke@mnsenate.gov. Include your name, title and/or organization where applicable, and whether your testimony will be in support of or opposition to the bill. Testifiers must request a Zoom link to provide testimony via Zoom. Written testimony is encouraged.
