This is the vehicle for the Elections Policy Omnibus bill. Testimony & Markup

S.F. 4006 WestlinVarious election administration changes provisions, absentee voting provisions modifications, technical and clarifying changes, and appropriation

This bill is included in the Elections Policy Omnibus Bill (SF 4223 A-5 Amendment) and will be amended to mirror that language. No further testimony will be taken.

WRITTEN TESTIMONY ON ELECTIONS POLICY OMNIBUS BILL (SF 4223 A-5 Amendment): Written testimony is encouraged. To submit written testimony or hand-outs about a bill, email Committee Administrator Beth Fraser at: beth.fraser[at]mnsenate.gov by 9:00 a.m. the day of the hearing.

Documents must be provided in .pdf format and fully accessible. The file name must start with the senate file number followed by the name of the organization or last name of the individual submitting the testimony. For example, SF 999 - Smith.

TESTIMONY ON ON ELECTIONS POLICY OMNIBUS BILL (SF 4223 A-5 Amendment): The number of testifiers and length of time permitted is at the discretion of the chair and is subject to change. Testifiers will have up to 2 minutes to make a statement.

Note which provisions you are testifying about, whether you are testifying in support or raising concerns, and whether you want to testify in-person or via Zoom.


Eid break begins on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 8:00am. Legislative activities resume on Friday, March 20 at 8:00am (may change based on religious tradition).

The Easter/Passover break begins on Friday, March 27 at 5:00pm. Legislative activities resume on Tuesday, April 7 at 8:00am.
