***The Committee is in recess until 5:30pm. The Committee wil reconvene in Capitol 123 at 5:30pm*** SF4416 will now be heard in the evening

*Written testimony provided for the hearing must be received in a word or pdf document.

*This hearing will extend into Tuesday evening. The Committee will meet at the regular time in the morning from 8:30 am to 10:30 am in the normal hearing room in 1100 MSB. The evening portion of the hearing will be held in the hearing room in Capitol 123 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Bills that are not able to be heard in the morning portion will be heard in the evening portion. All policy bills from state agencies will be heard during the evening portion regardless of the Committee's progress on the agenda in the morning, with the exception of SF4416 and SF1509. Some agency policy bills have not been introduced so the Committee will take up the posted language on an informational basis. No official action will be taken on bills heard informationally.

*Due to inclement weather, certain bills were not processed by the Senate as expected Monday, March 16th. SF4520 and SF4523 were not introduced; therefore, these bills will now be heard informationally and the Committee will take no official action on them.

*TESTIMONY: Please contact the committee administrator by 2 PM on March 16th at anna.burke@mnsenate.gov. Include the bill number, your name, title and/or organization where applicable, and whether your testimony will be in support of or opposition to the bill. Testifiers must request a Zoom link to provide testimony via Zoom. Testimony may be limited at the discretion of the Chair.
