WRITTEN TESTIMONY ON BILLS: Written testimony is encouraged. To submit written testimony or hand-outs about a bill, email Committee Administrator Beth Fraser at: beth.fraser@mnsenate.gov by 3:00 pm the day before the hearing (24 hours ahead).

Documents must be provided in .pdf format and fully accessible. The file name must start with the senate file number followed by the name of the organization or last name of the individual submitting the testimony. For example, SF 999 - Smith.

TESTIMONY ON SF 3893 (no public testimony on Federal Impacts): The number of testifiers and length of time permitted is at the discretion of the chair and is subject to change. Testifiers will have up to 3 minutes to make a statement.

If you are interested in testifying about a bill, email Committee Administrator Beth Fraser at beth.fraser@mnsenate.gov by 3:00 pm the day before the hearing (24 hours ahead). Note whether you are testifying in support or raising concerns, and whether you want to testify in-person or via Zoom.


Eid break begins on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 8:00am. Legislative activities resume on Friday, March 20 at 8:00am (may change based on religious tradition).

The Easter/Passover break begins on Friday, March 27 at 5:00pm. Legislative activities resume on Tuesday, April 7 at 8:00am.
