Instructions for Submitting Handouts:

To be included in committee packets, all handouts must be submitted to environment@senate.mn. All documents must be in PDF format and should be named as follows: Senate File # or Agenda Item - Organization (or Individual’s) Name - Title of Document.

Instructions for Signing Up to Testify:

All requests for testimony (both in-person and virtual) must be submitted using the Testimony Request Form linked below, at least 24 hours prior to the hearing. ***Please note there is a TWO MINUTE TIME LIMIT per testifier.***
