TESTIMONY: You must email your testimony request to emma.zellmer@mnsenate.gov by 12 pm on February 24. All testimony requests should contain the following: name, title/organization, Senate file you are testifying on, if you will speak in support or opposition to the bill, and if you will be testifying in person or remote. Testimony may be limited at the discretion of the chair.
