In-person and written testimony requests must be submitted to Tyler.Kline@MNSenate.gov by Tuesday, April 1 at 1:00 pm. Testifiers will have 2 minutes for testimony unless notified otherwise.

One-page written testimony (PDFs) may be submitted to Tyler.Kline@mnsenate.gov. Late submissions may not be accepted. The file name for written testimony should be labeled as the following: Energy-yyyymmdd-SenateFile#-Organization. Incorrect file names will be rejected.

To be included in the committee packet, a minimum of 50 physical handouts must be delivered to Tyler Kline no later than 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 1.
