Documents and testimony must be only on provisions of the bills related to the Judiciary and Public Safety Committee's jurisdiction. Documents and testimony previously provided in another hearing, or outside the scope of the committee will not be accepted. Instructions for both are below.

Document Requirements

1 page documents should be in PDF format with the file name containing the SF#, organization or individuals name, and indicating a position on the file i.e. pro/con/neutral. Requests should be submitted to judiciary@senate.mn. and the chief author's office and meet the document deadline posted.

Testimony Requests

Requests to testify must be submitted by the document deadline. The number of testifiers and length of time permitted is at the discretion of the chair and is subject to change. Requests should be submitted to judiciary@senate.mn. with the name, title, organization, bill number, and position stated.
