HF4819 (Kozlowski) Funding for study of critical materials in the waste stream provided, and money appropriated.
HF3466 (Vang) Mandatory environmental assessment worksheet requirements for drainage projects established, and rulemaking required.
** HF3793 (Pursell) Certain users of large amounts of groundwater required to apply for their own water-use permit instead of modifying an existing municipal permit. (* HF3793 received a full hearing with testimony on March 10, 2026 and discussion, as amended, on March 26, 2026. No further testimony will be taken on the bill.)

* HF3339 (Pursell) has been removed from the agenda.

TESTIMONY AND MATERIALS SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Individuals wishing to testify or submit written testimony or handouts for the hearing must e-mail the committee administrator (Peter.Strohmeier@house.mn.gov) by 1 p.m. the day prior to the hearing. Handouts must be in PDF format with OCR capability. In-person testimony may be limited due to committee time constraints.

AMENDMENT DEADLINE: Amendments must be e-mailed to the committee administrator by 3 p.m. the day prior to the hearing.
