HF4382 * (Coulter) Rules governing licensed child care centers and licensed family child care modernized and encoded; and family child care, child care center works, policies, capacity, staff ratios, equipment, notifications, parent access, record keeping, supervision, facilities, health and safety, food and nutrition, and transportation requirements created.

HF2929 (Kotyza-Witthuhn) Eligibility determinations for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program households clarified.

This is the vehicle for the Children and Families Finance and Policy finance bill.

A DE and additional amendments to the DE are posted.

We will mark up and vote on the bill on Wednesday, April 15.

All agenda items subject to change at the discretion of the Co-Chairs.

Eligibility determinations for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program households clarified.
