Agenda:

HF4881 (Koegel) - Prescription Drug Affordability Advisory Council elminated, nondepository financial institution provisions modified, health plan regulatory alignment provided, duties transferred, premium security plan modified, appropriations reduced, and money appropriated. **Informational Hearing**

HF4867 (Lee, K.) - Deposit limit on the consumer protection restitution account removed, and distribution limits set.

HF4422 (Duran) - All property insurance coverage required to allow appraisal of damages and alternative resolution.

HF4223 (Elkins) - Strengthen Minnesota homes program modified, and money appropriated. **intended as the commerce finance and policy supplemental budget vehicle bill**

TESTIFYING: Testimony is limited. The number of testifiers and length of time permitted is at the discretion of the chair, and is subject to change. Please plan accordingly. If you would like to testify, please email the Committee Administrators at samuel.oneill@house.mn.gov and ben.frese@house.mn.gov by 12 p.m. (noon) the business day before the hearing.

AMENDMENTS: There is no amendment deadline for the Commerce Finance and Policy Committee. Amendments must be emailed to the Committee Administrators at samuel.oneill@house.mn.gov and ben.frese@house.mn.gov as soon as possible.
