The public safety policy conference committee will convene to review and adopt provisions from SF4760, HF3990, and policy only provisions from HF1082. The side by side has been posted.

Limited testimony may be taken. Please email requests to judiciary@senate.mn by Thursday, May 7 at 7 p.m. with your name, organization, title, page where the language can be found in the side by side, House or Senate side of page, and indicating a pro or con position. Testimony is limited. The number of testifiers and length of time permitted is at the discretion of the joint House and Senate chairs. Confirmation of testimony will be sent via email after the elapsed deadline and may include a time allocation based on the volume of requests.


Eid break begins on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 8:00am. Legislative activities resume on Friday, March 20 at 8:00am (may change based on religious tradition).

The Easter/Passover break begins on Friday, March 27 at 5:00pm. Legislative activities resume on Tuesday, April 7 at 8:00am.
