Public Safety Finance and Policy

Agenda:

HF2890 (Moller) Judiciary, public safety, corrections, human rights, firearm, and 911 Emergency Communication System statutory policy provisions amended; reports provided; rulemaking authorized; various judiciary, public safety, and corrections entities funding provided; and money appropriated.

NOTE: A DE amendment and spreadsheet to HF2890 (Moller) will be posted. The DE amendment (Public Safety Finance and Policy Omnibus bill) will be presented and public testimony will be taken on the DE amendment on March 28th. No formal action will be taken on the DE amendment on 3/28.

TESTIMONY: Anyone who would like to provide public testimony on HF2890 must sign up in advance by 5:00 PM on 3/27. Email the Committee Administrator to sign up. Testimony is limited. The number of testifiers and length of time permitted is at the discretion of the chair, and is subject to change. Please plan accordingly.

Written Testimony is also encouraged and must be submitted in word or PDF form to the Committee Administrator by 5:00 PM, 3/27.
