Senator Mathews will be presiding.

In-person & remote testimony and written testimony requests must be submitted to tyler.kline@mnsenate.gov and matthew.noonan@mnsenate.gov by Friday, January 24 at 1:00 pm. Testimony time will be dependent on the number of people who sign up.

One-page written testimony (PDFs) may be submitted to tyler.kline@mnsenate.gov. and matthew.noonan@mnsenate.gov. Late submissions may not be accepted. The file name for written testimony should be labeled as the following: Energy-yyyymmdd-SenateFile#-Organization. Incorrect file names will be rejected.

To be included in the committee packet, a minimum of 40 physical handouts must be delivered to Tyler Kline or Matthew Noonan no later than 1:00 pm on Friday, January 24.

Eid break begins on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 8:00am. Legislative activities resume on Friday, March 20 at 8:00am (may change based on religious tradition).

The Easter/Passover break begins on Friday, March 27 at 5:00pm. Legislative activities resume on Tuesday, April 7 at 8:00am.
