Only testimony in opposition will be taken. If you wish to testify email mitch.berggren@mnsenate.gov. Provide your name, organization, title, which article you wish to testify to by midnight, Tuesday, May 6. No Zoom testimony will be taken at this hearing.

The number of in-person testifiers will be limited and testifiers will need to keep their comments to one article. Testifiers will be given two minutes for their presentation. Written testimony is recommended as an alternative.

If you have documents for the Committee, in support or opposition to the bill, email Mitch Berggren an electronic copy by 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 7, and bring 30 hard copies to Taxes Committee in G-15 at 8:00 a.m. for distribution. Handouts delivered to G-15 after 8:15 a.m. may not be able to be included.

No food or drink is allowed in G-15 during the Taxes Committee.

No private video or photography is allowed in G-15 during the Taxes Committee.
