HF4253 (Bliss) - Rule amendments on boat storage structures in public waters required.
HF4257 (Heintzeman) - Date by which manufacturers are required to submit information about products containing intentionally added PFAS modified, and use of PFAS in products as currently unavoidable uses clarified.
HF3236 (Burkel) - Requirements for water appropriations permits modified.
HF4264 (Heintzeman) - Permitting efficiency provisions modified.
**BILL ADDED** HF4149 (Heintzeman) - Soil and water conservation provisions modified.
**BILL ADDED** HF4019 (Schultz) - Mt. Simon-Hinckley aquifer appropriation permits eligibility criteria expanded.

TESTIMONY AND MATERIALS SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Individuals wishing to testify or submit written testimony or handouts for the hearing must e-mail the committee administrator (amy.zipko@house.mn.gov) by 1 p.m. the day prior to the hearing. Handouts must be in PDF format with OCR capability. In-person testimony may be limited due to committee time constraints. Written testimony is preferred.

AMENDMENT DEADLINE: Amendments must be e-mailed to the committee administrator by 3 p.m. the day prior to the hearing.
