Chair Rest will be allocating 20 minutes for testimony in opposition only.

If you wish to testify, email mitch.berggren@mnsenate.gov. Provide the hearing date, your name, organization, title, which bill you wish to testify to, and if you wish to participate in person or via Zoom by noon, Tuesday, March 18. If you are testifying via zoom please provide your email address.

If you have handouts for the Committee, the Senate File number must be listed first in the electronic attachment title, an electronic copy must be emailed to Mitch Berggren, and 30 hard copies must be delivered to Capitol 328 by noon, Tuesday, March 19.

No materials or testifiers will be accepted after the noon deadline.

No food or drink is allowed in G-15 during the Taxes Committee.

No private video or photography is allowed in G-15 during the Taxes Committee.

Registered lobbyists and State Agency staff are not allowed to testify via Zoom.
