If you wish to testify, please email daniel.mickelberg@mnsenate.gov and mitch.berggren@mnsenate.gov. Provide your name, organization, title, the hearing date, which bill you wish to testify on, and if you wish to participate in person or via Zoom by noon, Tuesday, February 4. If you are testifying via zoom please provide your email address.

Testifiers will have 3-4 minutes for their presentation. The Chair has the discretion to limit the number of testifiers allowed based on time.

If you have handouts for the Committee, the Senate File number must be listed first in the electronic attachment title, an electronic copy must be emailed to Dan Mickelberg and Mitch Berggren, and 30 hard copies must be delivered to Capitol 328 by noon, Tuesday, February 4.

No food or drink are allowed in G-15 during the Taxes Committee.

No private video or photography is allowed in G-15 during the Taxes Committee.

Registered lobbyists and State Agency staff are not allowed to testify via Zoom.
