Senator Rest will be presiding.

If you wish to testify, please email daniel.mickelberg@mnsenate.gov and mitch.berggren@mnsenate.gov. Provide your name, organization, title, the hearing date, which bill you wish to testify on, and if you wish to participate in person or via Zoom by noon, Tuesday, January 28. If you are testifying via zoom please provide your email address.

If you have handouts for the Committee, the Senate File number must be listed first in the document title, an electronic copy must be emailed to Dan Mickelberg and Mitch Berggren, and 26 hard copies must be delivered to Capitol 328 by noon, Tuesday, January 28.

No food or drink are allowed in G-15 during the Taxes Committee.

No video or photography is allowed in G-15 unless by Senate Media Services or Credentialed Media.

Registered lobbyists and State Agency staff are not allowed to testify via Zoom.
