GOVERNOR PAWLENTY APPOINTS FOUR TO DULUTH ENTERTAINMENT AND CONVENTION CENTER BOARD -- December 31, 2003
 

Saint Paul – Governor Tim Pawlenty today announced the appointment of Heidi Dulebohn and Debra Messer and the reappointment of Robert Eaton and Gregory Fox to the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center (DECC) Board.  All four reside in Duluth and are appointed to terms that expire on January 1, 2007.

 

Dulebohn is a commodity consultant and community volunteer in Duluth.

 

Eaton is an attorney and partner with the Clure Eaton Law Firm in Duluth.  He has served on the DECC Board since 1998.

 

Fox is vice chancellor for finance and operations at the University of Minnesota Duluth.  He has served on the DECC Board since 2001.

 

Messer is vice president and general manager of KDLH Television in Duluth.

 

The Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center Board administers, promotes and operates the DuluthConvention Center.  The Board consists of 11 members, including seven appointed by the Mayor of Duluth and four appointed by the Governor.
