Goal: End long-term homelessness
       Reduce the number of people experiencing long-term homelessness
       Provide 4,000 additional units of permanent supportive housing units for people experiencing long-term homelessness by 2010
Goal: Increase minority homeownership
        Increase the homeownership rate for households of color and/or Hispanic ethnicity to 58 percent by 2012
        Reduce the gap in homeownership between whites and households of color and/or Hispanic ethnicity to 23 percent by 2012
        Increase the percentage of Minnesota-Housing-assisted first-time homebuyers from communities of color and/or Hispanic ethnicity
   
Goal: Preserve strategically the existing affordable housing stock
        Preserve over 90 percent of federally assisted units determined to be at risk for termination of their federal assistance program as affordable housing
   
Goal: Low-and-moderate income workers have affordable housing
        Provide mortgage assistance to at least 2,300 first-time homebuyers
        Serve renters and home-buyers at low and moderate incomes
Goal: Establish Minnesota Housing as a housing partner of choice
