      Percent of miles of Twin Cities urban freeway system congested
     Percent of interregional corridor miles that achieve target speed
     Bond Accelerated Construction Projects: Number of interregional corridor and metro freeway projects put out for bid on schedule
     Fatalities on state and local roads
     Bus shoulder miles established annually
     Greater Minnesota bus service hours
