The Task Force advises the commissioner of administration on the progress, needs, and recommended direction of information management for the state.

History:

19 members (2 members of the house from different political parties, appointed by the speaker; 2 members of the senate from different political parties, appointed by the majority leader; 15 members representing the supreme court, executive branch, state agencies, local government, higher education system, librarians, and private industry); appointed by commissioner of administration; nonlegislative members reimbursed for expenses.; 1990: 18 members (2 members of house, 2 members of senate, 14 members representing supreme court, executive branch, state agencies, local government, higher education system, librarians, private industry); appointed by commissioner of administration; nonlegislative members reimbursed for expenses.
