Function: Registers mental health services providers in Minnesota and enforces rules relating to their conduct.

17 members (2 chemical dependency counselors, 2 professional counselors, 2 pastoral counselors, 5 members representing other identifiable specialties and subgroups of providers subject to filing requirements, 6 public members); appointed by governor; per diem and expenses; members file with Ethical Practices Board.
