ST. PAUL, MN – Today, Governor Mark Dayton signed two bills into law.
Chapter 18, SF 341: This bill allows hospitals owned by state or local governments to invest in any securities, as recommended by an investment advisor, bank, or trust company.
Chapter 19, SF 562: This bill clarifies requirements for an existing Medical Assistance benefit for the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorders.
