Due to extreme weather conditions that have caused septic systems across Minnesota to freeze, Governor Mark Dayton today issued Emergency Executive Order 14-08. The order exempts vehicles used to pump or transport septic system sewage from the seasonal weight restrictions on local and state highways and streets.
