ST. PAUL, MN - Today, Governor Mark Dayton signed Emergency Executive Order 13-03. In response to winter storm conditions in southern Minnesota, the Governor has ordered that the Adjutant General of Minnesota order to state active duty such personnel and equipment of the military forces of the State to provide assistance and emergency relief services supporting the recovery and sheltering of impacted jurisdictions in the region.
