St. Paul, MN - Today, Governor Mark Dayton kicked off the start of the NCAA Men's Frozen Four hockey game at the Xcel Energy Center between University Minnesota Duluth and Notre Dame with the official announcement 'Let's Play Hockey!', he also officially proclaimed April 7-9, 2011 as Frozen Four Days in Minnesota.
