ST. PAUL, MN – Today, the Minnesota Senate voted to approved contracts and pension plans for state employees. The following is a statement from Governor Mark Dayton.
“I thank the Minnesota Senate for approving modest wage increases for more than 30,000 state employees, and for ensuring that Minnesota workers and retirees continue to receive the pensions they have earned. I urge the House of Representatives to join their colleagues in the Senate, and deliver on our promises to these hard-working Minnesotans and their families.”
