Governor Dayton signs Chapters 24 and 25

Today, Governor Mark Dayton signed two bills into law:

Chapter 24, House File 369: Relating to community property; adopting the Uniform Community Property Rights at Death Act. This bill passed with broad bipartisan support; and
Chapter 25, Senate File 953: Relating to health; modifying a social work licensure provision. This bill passed the State House and Senate unanimously.
