ST. PAUL, MN - To address diesel fuel shortages, Governor Mark Dayton today issued Emergency Executive Order 14-19. The order extends relief from regulations to motor carriers and drivers operating in the State of Minnesota, in an effort to help improve the transport of diesel fuel across the state.
