ST. PAUL, MN – Governor Mark Dayton today issued Executive Order 17-15, directing the Minnesota National Guard to provide assistance and emergency relief services to Clay County. Dangerously cold weather conditions forecasted for the coming week are expected to create a need for emergency shelter space and other assistance for traveling motorists and area residents.
