    Governor Dayton signs Chapters 37 and 38

    Today, Governor Mark Dayton signed two bills into law:

    • Chapter 37, Senate File 834: Relating to judiciary; modifying certain provisions relating to the State Guardian Ad Litem Board; and
    • Chapter 38, Senate File 1291: Relating to mines; making technical, clarifying, and other policy changes to mine inspector provisions.
