Today, Governor Mark Dayton issued Emergency Executive Order 11-19, to provide assistance for the State of North Dakota, in support of ongoing flood response operations. The order authorizes the Adjutant General of Minnesota to order to state active duty any personnel, equipment and resources of the military forces of the State that are required to provide assistance in responding to the emergency and in providing emergency relief services.
