ST. PAUL, MN – Today, Governor Mark Dayton signed two bills into law.
Chapter 9, HF 375: This bill removes restrictions on where county boards can place a veterans memorial.
Chapter 10, HF 444: This bill makes clarifying and technical changes to incorporate regulatory changes from the federal Securities and Exchange Commission, intended to facilitate crowdfunding such as the MNvest program.
