PAUL, MN - Due to weather conditions this winter that caused septic systems across Minnesota to freeze, Governor Mark Dayton today issued /governor/assets/executive_order_15_04.pdf_tcm1055-92229.pdfEmergency Executive Order 15-04. The order exempts vehicles used to pump or transport septic system sewage from the seasonal weight restrictions on state and local highways and streets.
