Today, Governor Mark Dayton acted on the remainder of the pending legislation from the 2013 legislative session in Minnesota, including the omnibus transportation bill and the 2013 bonding bill. Chapter 123 will be deposited after the deadline and will become law without the Governor's signature; and Chapter 124, a constitutional amendment, will be deposited with the Secretary of State without the Governor's signature.
