"Richard H. Kyle, Jr. will bring a breadth of legal expertise to the Second Judicial District. Previously, he was a solo practitioner and an associate attorney at Robins, Kaplan, Miller and Ceresi. Mr. Kyle earned his B.A. from St. Olaf College and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.
