ST. PAUL, MN – Today, University of Minnesota President Eric Kaler announced his plans to retire in July 2019. More information about President Kaler’s planned retirement
is available on the University of Minnesota website. Governor Mark Dayton issued this statement today, following President Kaler’s announcement.
"President Kaler has provided dedicated and principled leadership to the University of Minnesota. All of us owe him a debt of gratitude for his very important contributions to the betterment of our University and our State."
