ST. PAUL, MN - Today Governor Mark Dayton announced the appointment of Duchess Harris to the Governor's Council on the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. Ms. Harris term is effective today and will extend through March 1, 2014. Ms. Harris replaces Cheryl Chatman.
